Steven Gerrard
Steven Gerrard received his B.A. from Amherst College and his Ph.D. from The University of Chicago. He has taught at The University of Chicago, Boston University, and Harvard University. For the last dozen years, he has been a professor of philosophy at Williams College. He has published articles on subjects ranging from Wittgenstein’s philosophy of mathematics to morality and codes of honor. A New York Times article called Gerrard “a mild, reasonable, bookish soul whose office features a chess set”. Gerrard was an extra in the academic movie The Human Stain, starring Nicole Kidman and Anthony Hopkins. Stretching his acting talents, Gerrard played a professor. Miramax now owns the rights to everything he does in character.
