Are women philosophers more insightful than their male counterparts?

Hi, I am an aspiring philosopher and I would like to become a professor one of these days. But I don't know how to go about it. I am still an undergrad student and I don't what steps to take. The advice will be much appreciated. Thanx.

I am a philosophy undergrad. What should I do to guarantee I get the most I can out of grad school?

I am interested in how scholars in different disciplines make sense of their work and the place of that work in their lives. For philosophy I read Falling in Love With Wisdom: American Philosophers Talk About Their Calling (Karnos & Shoemaker, 1993). Can you point me in the direction of other such pieces by philosophers?
